A facility is seeking a Psychiatrist for locum tenens coverage.
Northern California is known for its redwood forests and dramatic Pacific coastline! While on assignment, visit the Golden Gate Bridge, Yosemite National Park, or Alcatraz Island!
This position requires a two-week credentialing timeframe and offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 8 AM to 4:30 PM or a 4/10s option. It is open to autonomous NPs and does not involve call duties. The role includes a combination of 10 hours per week in the field and up to 30 additional hours in an outpatient clinic, though candidates can opt for just the 10-hour fieldwork portion. The provider will see 18-20 adult patients per day and must hold an autonomous VA license and DEA certification. Support staff includes RNs and LPNs. The facility primarily uses paper charting but utilizes Sapphire for prescriptions.
