Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough behavioral health assessments to identify participants’ care needs, preferences, and goals.
Actively engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop tailored goals and interventions.
Deliver and document behavioral health interventions as part of personalized care plans, including symptom management, counseling, crisis intervention, and care transitions.
Facilitate various individual and group therapies, including art and music therapy, psychosocial drama, and counseling, to enhance participants’ social engagement.
Provide comprehensive training to staff on behavioral health symptoms and interventions, fostering a deeper understanding of participants’ needs.
Job Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health (MSW) or a Doctorate in Psychology (PhD) is required.
Current licensure as an LCSW by the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences or as a Psychologist by the CA Board of Psychologists is required.
A minimum of five (5) years of behavioral health experience, including therapy and care planning.
At least two (2) years of experience working with frail or elderly populations.

Compensation:
Salary range: $99,309—$119,171 USD, with actual pay adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
