Psych NP needed in Philadelphia, PA

Hello, this is Alisha, Senior Principal Recruiter at Aya Locums. I'm reaching out today about a new Psych NP need in Philadelphia.

Contract Length: ASAP start, 3 month need with potential to extend
Shift Details: Mon-Friday 7:30a-4p or 8a-4:30p

Work Details:
Support staff: Psychologist works closely with the social work and care management team to coordinate care.
Patients per day:
The number of patients per day varies depending on outpatient scheduling, inpatient census, and pre-op screening.
The patient caseload is 5-10, but there is not always a 1-hour screening with every patient.
Patient population/age:
Outpatient: 10-21 years old but we see patients younger at times
Department Description: Inpatient
EMR: Cerner and EPIC. Full EPIC training and transition by 4/5/25.
Hospital bed size: 49
Special procedures: : Clinical Psychologist is able to assist health care workers in care of orthopedic, neuromuscular, colorectal and gastrointestinal conditions, burn injury, craniofacial conditions and spinal cord injury patients
