Psychologist & Practice Partner/Owner – Psychological Assessment Center
Pay: Up to $200,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About Us:
BBETR LLC is a new psychological assessment practice in Massachusetts, started by an experienced former management consultant and industry executive. We’re looking for a motivated psychologist to help launch and grow our new practice.

Your Role:
- Administer Assessments: Conduct psychological assessments and create detailed reports.
- Develop the Practice: Partner with a business executive to design the assessment center, including assessment selection and patient service models.
- Build the Team: Help design the staffing model and recruit qualified practitioners.
- Innovate: Provide input on new assessment and reporting tools.

Requirements:
- Licensure & Education: Ph.D. or PsyD, with an active license to practice in Massachusetts.
- Experience: Neuropsychological assessment experience with children, adolescents, and young adults.
- Availability: Able to work in-person in Massachusetts approximately 3 days a week.

Preferred:
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, Therapy Notes, and other business systems.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-Motivation: Driven to make a positive impact in the behavioral health industry.
