Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Compensation:
$55-$75 per hour (based on experience and licensure)
$20 per administrative hour (meetings, collateral calls, etc.)
Base compensation: $88k - $114k annually
Total compensation: $101k - $127k annually, including benefits

Position Details:
Full-Time: Minimum 25 clients/week (eligible for healthcare benefits)
Opportunity for hybrid assessor/therapy role
Minimum Qualifications:
Licensed in California by the Board of Psychology (BOP)
Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology
1 year of post-doctoral assessment experience
1 year of clinical experience post-licensure
National Provider Identification (NPI)
Malpractice insurance ($1M/$3M coverage)
Ability to integrate evidence-based approaches (e.g., TF-CBT, brainspotting, EFT, EMDR)
Capacity for 15 to 25 client hours per week
Sensitivity to diverse populations
Specialized psychotherapy training with adults, children, and/or adolescents
Preferred Qualifications:
Clinicians who identify as BIPOC, neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQ+ affirming
Ability to work with a wide developmental range (children to adults)
Additional training/experience with special populations (e.g., LGBTQ+, BIPOC, giftedness, AD/HD, HSP, chemical dependency)
