Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, or family therapy in a compassionate and professional manner
Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs and therapeutic goals
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed for client-centered care
Maintain ethical and legal standards in compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations
Participate in team meetings and case consultations.
Work seamlessly with psychiatric team.
Stay updated on best practices and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical expertise
What We’re Looking For
✅ Licensed in the state of Florida
✅ Passionate about mental health and dedicated to providing high-quality care
✅ Experience with individual, couples, or family therapy - newly licensed clinicians are welcome to apply, and we encourage newly licensed interns to apply as we can provide supervision.
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
✅ Comfortable using technology for scheduling, documentation, and telehealth sessions
✅ Committed to cultural competency and working with diverse populations

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but a Plus!)
✔ Specialization in areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or family dynamics
✔ Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
✔ Telehealth experience is a plus!
✔ Experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, BIPOC populations, or other marginalized groups
