Counseling Psychology
Turning Stone Counseling LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Counselor to join our team. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will provide individual, family, and/or group counseling services to clients both in-person and via telehealth. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for professional development.
A good candidate for our practice is willing to or will have:
Commute to the office one day a week for in-person sessions (located in Pasadena, Maryland)
Provide at least one evening per week.
The appropriate set up to provide telehealth services from home and are aware of telehealth guidelines.

They have a niche and/or desire to grow a niche that aligns with our practice (Children, Trauma, Couples, etc)
Willing to work 30-35 hours a week for full time.
Fully licensed or Provisionally licensed in the State of Maryland with no restrictions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of mental health counseling
- Participate in regular supervision and team meetings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of ethical and legal standards in mental health counseling
- Experience working with diverse populations
