Job description

We are seeking clinicians who have advanced experience in one or more of the clinical specialties listed under requirements below, demonstrate excellent written and oral communication, and are eager to learn and engage in supportive team culture and professional development. We seek team members who consistently uphold high professional standards. Clinicians from marginalized communities interested in opportunities for leadership and program development are encouraged to apply.

By date of employment, must be a Licensed Counselor or from a similar mental health discipline i.e. LGPC, LPC, LCPC, Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Social Worker, Board Certified Psych NP, in Washington, D.C. and/or Maryland.
Experience and interest in working with individuals from marginalized communities.
Total of (5) hours of CEU training in one or more of the following clinical specialities: Self care for Clinicians, Attachment Theory 101, Brainspotting 101, TF-CBT, MBCT, Play Therapy 101, Expressive Arts 101, Trauma-Informed Care, ACT therapy, Cultural Humility, and/or LGBTIQA+ Care 101. All new hires are required to complete a 5 hour external training in the aforementioned clinical specialties. Free CEU courses are satisfactory.

Ability to work effectively and remotely up to 25 hrs/week, including an average of 24 clinical hrs/week; competent in using necessary software such as Trello and Therapynotes electronic medical records; maintain access to reliable internet and confidential workspace.
Highly motivated to develop expertise in evidence-based integrative treatment.
Proactive interest in routinely collaborating
Interest in on-going clinical consultation, training, therapies, and treatments
