Position Type: 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week), nonexempt

Supervisor: Behavioral Health Manager

Starting rates by licensure:

- Without CADC: $28.00/hr unlicensed; $30.00/hr licensed

- With CADC, $30.00/hr unlicensed; $33.00/hr licensed

Bilingual candidates are eligible for an additional $1.50 Bilingual Differential. This differential is not included in the salary range above.

Position Summary

HIV Alliance is a local non-profit agency founded in 1994 to support individuals living with HIV/AIDS and to prevent new infections. The primary role of the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) is to provide comprehensive mental health services and to provide initial assessment of behavioral health and substance use, and make appropriate referrals to outside community providers when needed. This position works closely with Behavioral Health Manager and Program Director to provide high-quality, low-barrier behavioral health services.
