Summary:

In this pivotal role, you'll manage client caseloads, provide evidence-based therapy, and empower individuals on their path to recovery. Working under the supervision of a Licensed Primary Clinician, you'll utilize your skills in individual and group counseling, family psychoeducation, and discharge planning. We are looking for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-A) to join our team

What You'll Do:

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
Facilitate Family Psychoeducation groups to enhance support networks and family well-being.
Develop person-centered rehabilitation/transition plans, collaborating with clients to create a roadmap for success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or nursing.
Two years of clinical experience working with individuals facing behavioral health challenges is preferred.
QMHP certification (preferred) or eligibility for QMHP certification.
Strong understanding of human development theories and mental health best practices.
