Position Overview: A HoneyLotus therapist will provide outpatient individual therapy to clients. We're on the hunt for passionate therapists and counselors who live and breathe a holistic, integrative approach—especially those trained in trauma treatment. Duties/Responsibilities:

Perform telehealth clinical counseling services via our secure HIPAA-compliant platform to clients of HoneyLotus, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies. Also, provide in-person therapy once space is available.

Update your calendar and availability as needed.

Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.

Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for HoneyLotus.

Communicate with a client’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.

Timely complete written records for each patient

Charge and collect payments

Actively engaging in community resource building and referral sources to build a caseload alongside our marketing.

Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
