• Inpatient or forensic setting (depends on location)
• Full Time Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts
• Avg. 8-12 Patient Expected Caseload
• 1 year minimum experience
• Adult only coverage
• Must be in network with Medicare and Medicaid
• Must possess valid DEA and NY license
