FT Availability Required
12-16 bed residential facilities
Length of Stay 7-14 days
On call Monday 8 AM – Friday 5 PM
Up to 2 new patients per day, with a focus on patient evaluations
New patients must be seen within 72-hours of admission
On-site coverage typically two (2) days per week
On site RN and therapist support staff on site
W2 or 1099 options available
