**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of mental health disorders.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and monitor medication regimens
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling to patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Offer crisis intervention and management when necessary
- Provide supervision as needed
