Summary: The Licensed Clinical Psychologist is a highly skilled health care professional who is a member of the interdisciplinary patient care team. Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer the Clinical Psychologist provides comprehensive mental health assessments, psychotherapy, trauma informed care, stress management training, motivational interviewing, and crisis management for patients demonstrating emotional, psychological and/or psychiatric symptoms. This licensed clinician works closely with primary care providers to develop and implement sound treatment plans. Ensures behavioral health services are delivered in a culturally appropriate fashion and is consistent with State of California laws and regulations, professional standards of care, agency guidelines, and professional ethical guidelines.
