Pay: Evaluation $70-75
Visits $60-65

Position requirements:
Physical Therapist is responsible for comprehensive assessments in the patient's home, including the completion of skilled documentation through Kinnser
Evaluate patients and perform evaluations
Perform prompt clinical documentation and visit notes; care plan development
Continued communication with physician, care team members, patient and family
Comfortable working in all aspects of the home health setting
Implement and maintain physical therapy protocols
Properly instruct patients on correct exercise technique
Set achievable goals for patients and ensure continued support throughout the duration of care
Supervise Physical therapy assistants- if needed.
Requirements:
Strong organization skills and time management
Able to multitask and accomplish and meet timelines
Professional appearance and effective communication skills
Current Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license
One year of physical therapy experience
Current Texas driver's license
CPR Required
Experience with healthcare software (Kinnser preferred)
