PMHNP/PA - 10 hours / week in Charlotte, NC

Job description

Here are the details:
· ACT program (will be going out into the community)
· 10 hours per week (Flexible on days, but must start in morning time)
· Morning Meeting - starts @ 8:30am.
· Must have 3 yrs experience prescribing/working with SPMI population. REQUIRED.
· Medicare and Medicaid required.
· Ages 18+
· PPD 5-7
· Team consists of a Psychiatrist, Therapists, Nurses, Support Professionals, Team Lead
· SPMI: Severe and Persistent Mental Illness; Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Psychotic Disorders
