Tuesday - Friday and every other weekend 9:00am - 5:30pm
Compensation:

$120,000 - $146,000/ Total Comp annually + Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, Life, 401K, Paid Time Off, Family Leave)

Summary
The Facility Advanced Practice Provider oversees the process of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals with medical complaints or potential medical issues using his/her full scope of therapeutic skills, including the prescription of medication and nursing treatments. He/she will work efficiently to attain and maintain the highest level of care in accordance with regulatory standards. He/she also performs History & Physical Exams and Physical Evaluations as delegated by the Medical Director as well as performs a vital function in aiding clients on their road to recovery.

Responsibilities


Direct patient care, including the use of prescription medications, whether through written or standing orders
Assess face to face all patients at all levels of care who have a valid medical complaint
Direct aftercare and discharge planning as needed
Act in accordance with the policies, procedures, and standards of the Facility including all relevant regulations of JCAHO and State Regulations
Performs a thorough psychiatric evaluation in compliance with all relevant standards of the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Healthcare Organization
Commission) within the first twenty-four (24) hours following a patient’s admission to the Facility
Perform a thorough medical history and physical examination in compliance with all relevant standards of Joint Commission within the first twenty-four (24) hours following a patient’s admission to the Facility
Assess face-to-face all patients at a Detoxification level of care, as defined by the
Facility’s Utilization Review department
Assess face-to-face all patients at all levels of care other than Detoxification, as defined by the Facility’s Utilization Review department
