Bay Area Therapy Group was founded in 2021 with a mission to create a group practice where therapists could focus on providing client services, without having to worry about scheduling or billing, while receiving a living wage and comprehensive benefits. In just two years, we have grown from a single therapist and an intern to almost two dozen therapists, associates and three support staff.
Position Summary: The Remote position is full-time, 40 hours a week, with a caseload of 33 clients per week. There is a standard assumption of 3-5 cancellations or no shows a week according to our tracking over the last year. Clinicians ar, but need to work two evening shifts a week, The clinician may work entirely or see clients in one of our Bay Area offices. The position is open to those with a license as a LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist or LPC. Our brick and mortar offices are in Antioch, Berkeley and Concord California and depending on your client load we are open to opening other spaces.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following:
● Conduct initial consultations to gather patient’s psychosocial information.
● Diagnostically assess a patient's emotional and mental health
● Maintaining detailed confidential records using our Electronic Health Records system.
Education/Experience:
● An M.A., Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Behavioral Sciences
● Must be licensed in California.
● Paneling with Kaiser through our group practice is required to retain employment.
● An up-to-date CAQH profile.
Ideal Qualifications:
● Multilingual
● Training in EMDR, neurofeedback, Gottman or Brainspotting
