Job Summary:
Responsible for the management of operations of therapy centers and treatment of a full patient case load. Ensures
compliance to all policies and procedures. Responsible for center financial performance. Responsible for compliance with
company set regulatory standards. Responsible for sales/marketing to existing and potential center referral sources.
Essential Functions-Management:
Create an environment that is consistent with the company’s mission and vision by creating a positive morale to maximize
team member job satisfaction and optimize retention.
Manage all employee relations issues and ensure compliance with Human Resource Policy and Procedures; seek assistance
of Human Resources when needed.
Assist in developing fiscal budgets for center.
Assist in the development and implementation of center-specific strategic plan, including marketing/sales plans for
referrals. Responsible for achieving the plan; overseeing center staff participation in plan to ensure success.
Ensure strong physician and payer relations, coordinate implementation of clinical specialty programs as requested by the
customer.
Maintain responsibility for ensuring center profitability. Interprets financial statements and performance metrics to
develops strategic plans and address underperforming areas.
Manage Aide staff and hold them accountable for delivering highest quality customer service and scheduling of patients.
Ensure clinical team delivers the highest quality clinical care. Provide patient care skills development opportunities for
clinical staff as appropriate. Recommend staff for recognition.
Ensure efficient caseload management using available reports (e.g. 1-2-3, Active vs. Scheduled, etc.)
Ensure appropriate productivity and staffing levels working with market leader (Lead Aide, MCO or COD), using our
productivity matrix tool.
