**Seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to work in different CA locations. Remote or in-person***
Summary
The BCBA position will be held by an individual who has the training, education, and/or experience necessary to serve as a Qualified Autism Service Professional. This position will provide clinical supervision as well as oversight of the programs being implemented by the Supervisor/BCaBA and Behavior Interventionists. The BCBA is an individual who meets all of the following criteria: Provides behavioral health treatment, Develops and Implements Treatment Plans with the oversight and guidance of the Clinical Director, and has training and experience in providing services for individuals with Autism, developmental disabilities, or other delays.
Requirements:
Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule: typically, mornings, afternoons, and some weekend availability.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
Valid California Driver’s license.
Reliable transportation, and valid automobile Insurance.
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
BCBA Certification.

Compensation: $75,000.00 per year + bonus opportunities
