Seeking to expand our team and have multiple vacancies open for LAC/LPC/LCSW. The position is currently remote with some requirements to attend occasional in-person training, meetings, etc. Future hybrid option possible.
PT or FT options available (10-35 hours). OUTLINE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
-conduct clinical assessments and intakes for new clients ensure proper level of care will be provided -Provide individual counseling using evidence-based therapeutic strategies
-collaborate with clients to develop a personalized treatment plan
-engage in crisis intervention strategies as needed -maintain accurate and timely records and clinical documentation
-coordinate care with other treatment providers to ensure best treatment outcomes -
adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice, including maintaining client confidentiality and respecting client's rights. -complete required trainings, attend occasional treatment team meetings and events
Clinical Supervision Available
Requirements/Preferences:
- Must have current LAC, LPC or LCSW (NJ)
- Ability to work autonomously and independently as well as occasional teamwork
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and therapeutic counseling competencies and skills
- Knowledge of google calendar, google docs, google sheets, etc.
