We are seeking dynamic and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Lakeland, Florida and the surrounding area. This is an exceptional opportunity for a BCBA who values support from an experienced clinical director and desires to contribute to a positive and warm workplace culture.
Your Day at Brightside:
Provide supervision and training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs).
Collaborate with parents/caregivers to implement structured parent training programs.
Produce accurate Assessments, Reassessments, and effective Behavior Plans.
Conduct functional analysis, weekly data analysis, and track data outcomes for fidelity.
Manage patient and RBT schedules for parent training and treatment.
Demonstrate proficiency in technology, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data collection systems.
Maintain compliance with BACB ethics code, CASP, and BHCOE treatment guidelines.
Focus on staff development, parent engagement, and collaboration to positively impact child outcomes.
Balance independent and collaborative work, implementing Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) methods.
Actively seek out training opportunities and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Participate in Ethics Compliance Committee and Treatment Team Meetings in a leadership capacity.
What You Need To Succeed:
BCBA certification (Required).
Master's degree in a related field (Required).
Minimum of 2 years
