Responsibilities:
• The Clinical Psychologist provides psychological testing and maintains a caseload of individual, family, and/or group therapy cases.
• The Clinical Psychologist is responsible for clinical documentation needed for billing services.
• The Clinical Psychologist will have opportunities to supervise doctoral psychology students for psychological testing and/or therapy cases.
• The Clinical Psychologist will participate in assessment and consultation team meetings and counseling staffing.
• This position reports to the Assessment Clinic Director.
• This position offers an opportunity to grow in leadership and responsibilities over time.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, with some evenings to meet clients' needs. Scheduling flexibility available.
Benefits & Compensation:
• $78,000 - $82,000/annually – based on education and clinical experience. Additional compensation for Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates.

Qualifications:
• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or School Psychology.
• Illinois licensure (or Illinois license eligible) is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Sensitivity to the needs of a low-income, culturally diverse population.
• Demonstrated ability to manage timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Strong leadership skills. Previous staff/intern supervision experience preferred.
