ED Psychiatrist Needed in Major NC City!

Location: An hour from Raleigh. Facility: Behavioral Health department of a major health system offers inpatient services for adults and outpatient mental health services are offered for children age four and older, adolescents and adults. The staff includes psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, recreational and occupational therapists, and case managers. Behavioral health center provides a team approach to mental wellness. This well established program is part of the 6th largest Health System in the State and is a regional referral center with clinical affiliations with Cleveland Clinic, Duke University Medical Center and UNC Health Care. Opportunity: Seeking to add a BE/BC Psychiatrist with experience in ED or trained in ED/Psychiatry *The Emergency team maintains a Psychiatric Unit of 9 beds for patient crisis *Support team is specialty trained *Schedule consists of 16 hour shifts with approximately 10 shifts a month *EMR Compensation: Excellent base salary with additional compensation potential (bonuses, incentives and wRVUs).
