o 32 hours a week
o Mon - Fri (8a to 4;30p)
o Majority of patients are 25 years old.
• 95% of the time the provider will see patients in the office
o the other 5% of the time they might go to the community
 Admin/ Nurse can accompany the provider
o ~4 to 5 patients a day; could go up to 7 to 8 if there are reschedules
 flexible as long as the patient quota is met
o Med Management - 1 hour
o New patient eval - 1 hour
 Typically 3-4 new patient evals; no more than 6 a month
o Typical case - Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective, and Bipolar

• PromiseID required
