- Monday thru Friday; 8am to 5pm
- Mostly adults and some C/A patient population
- Expedited credentialing can be available
- Can provide travel and lodging
- Cover malpractice insurance

  • Ongoing for 6 months with option to extend
  • No call
  • All ages patient population
