Minimum 20 hours per week, capacity for up to 40. Monday-Friday available
20 hours per week on-site required; any additional hours can be remote or hybrid as needed
All Adults
Must serve as primary collaborator for nurse practitioner
Support staff
Must have PA license
Must have PA Medicare/Medicaid (PromiseID)

  • Can Cover travel and lodging
  • Cover malpractice insurance
