Job description

- Monday - Friday (8a-5p)
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site; 2 days remote
- Adult population
- No holidays, No weekends
- Type of cases: IDD, dual diagnosis
- Texas license and DEA active
- On call rotation (every 3rd week by cell phone remotely)
- 3 month contract with option for on-going

  • Start in January or February 2025
  • Malpractice insurance covered
  • 3 month contract with option to extend
