Overview:
We are a rapidly growing FQHC located in the heart of Long Beach. We offer comprehensive primary care and mental/behavioral health services to the underinsured and uninsured community members of Long Beach and surrounding areas. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is a licensed and highly skilled health care professional who is a member of the interdisciplinary patient care team. Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer the LCSW provides initial behavioral health evaluations, psychotherapy, trauma informed care, stress management training, motivational interviewing, crisis management, and community referrals for patients demonstrating emotional, psychological and/or psychiatric symptoms.
