Cherokee Creek Boys School is seeking a Clinical Director to manage our Clinical Services Department and direct the clinical delivery of both student and family programs.

Cherokee Creek is a therapeutic boarding school for boys ages 10-16. We have supported boys and their families for over 20 years and are known for our rich family programming and having a strong mission & values that permeates throughout our entire program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct the daily operations of the Clinical Department with direct reporting to the Executive Director
Lead Clinical Department to be highly regarded internally as well as nationally
Collaborate with admissions for clinical acceptance for applicants, tours, and marketing
Perform initial assessment for incoming student
Position does not carry a case load, will help to support clients as needed (ex. special focus groups, when therapists are out of the office, etc.)
Consult with clinicians, coaching staff for aftercare plan development and implementation
Lead Parent and Family Programming sessions at Family Seminars
Attend regional and national conferences as assigned. Regularly submit presentations for acceptance at conferences
Take part in the Administrator On-Call rotation
Provide crisis intervention and assessment; monitor and assess risk of self-harm and group safety levels; evaluate emotional readiness to participate in program activities
