The Opportunity
This leadership role provides a rare and exciting opportunity to help meet the needs of the youngest members of our community by developing Hively’s early childhood mental health program! Under the direction of the Clinical Director, the licensed Mental Health clinician is responsible for providing outpatient therapy to families (parents, guardians and caretakers) and early childhood clients aged 0 - 5 at a Hively designated facility and/or site. In this role, you also have the opportunity to work closely with providers and caregivers and help supervise trainees to bring up the next generation of much-needed therapists.
What you'll be doing:
Develop, monitor, and implement treatment goals and interventions for all modalities of direct service
Perform accurate and timely record keeping and documentation of all client related activities (progress notes, treatment plans and discharge summaries, etc.)
Perform case management services according to licensure and scope of practice as needed
Provide direct supervision and support for 4-6 Clinical Interns and Trainees as well as provide group supervision
Interact with staff and clients in a professional and ethical manner
Perform additional job-related duties and responsibilities as requested
