Job description

Role Description:
This is a contract, hybrid role for a Licensed Counselor. The Counselor will provide individual, couples, and family counseling services to clients in a professional and compassionate manner. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, communicating with other healthcare professionals as needed, and participating in ongoing training and professional development. The Counselor will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients.

Qualifications:
Counseling skills: ability to provide individual, couples, and family counseling services to clients in a professional and compassionate manner.
Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Clinical skills: ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for clients.
Collaboration skills: ability to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients.
Knowledge of mental health resources and community services.
Master's degree in counseling or related field/Licensed Professional Counselor.

Additional Beneficial Qualifications:
Experience working with diverse populations and trauma survivors.
Proficiency in EHR systems and documentation.
Experience working in a private practice setting.
Experience leading therapy groups and programs.
