Are you a mental health professional looking to work in an outpatient mental health practice which allows you the freedom and autonomy that comes with a small practice environment? We are a group of four full-time practitioners looking to add a fifth person who is committed to providing outpatient counseling services.
As part the intangibles that a small practice can provide, you'll have the freedom to shape your own schedule, tailor your therapeutic approaches, and truly make a difference in the lives of those you serve. You will have access to our 24-hour live answering service, our experienced and efficient billing service, and a private office from which to provide those services that can be made to reflect your own personality.
We are well established and have been in the Manassas Virginia community for over 25 years. We are in a professional office complex with ample parking which is directly opposite our community hospital. We accept most major health insurances, (with the exception of Medicare and Medicaid.) The vast majority of our patients are self-insured. You would be joining all panels of insurance companies with whom we contract. Our administrative staff would also assure that your licenses and required re-attestations are maintained as actively current and up-to-date.
We cannot, (and should not) be a "one size fits all" practice in approaching the provision services. As a group, we all have niches we enjoy working with in addition to maintaining a varied caseload for areas in where we have experience and expertise. We are looking for someone who has an interest in working with adolescents and their families, but you would not be confined and limited to working with only that population. The expectation would be that you see 22 to 30 patients per week.
An active (or active and eligible,) licensure is required as an LPC, LCSW, Psychologist or CNS with an emphasis in mental health.
