• Adult Inpatient/Outpatient (mostly Inpatient) – Day M-F 8 am – 5 pm, 40 hours.
• 1-year minimum experience.
• Inpatient census: 26, which may be split amongst different units. Shared with up to 3 Physicians.
• Duties: Evals, retentions, treatments, and court testimonials (as needed, as part of a hospital forensic committee).
• No On-Call may share beeper rotation (several times per month).
• Schedule leaves with notice are one week or less. May be considered if infrequent and approved by Supervisor.
REQUIRED:
• NY state license; active, unrestricted
• Board Certified.
• Verification of Provider Medicaid/Medicare Registration
• Board Certified with 1-year minimum experience, post-residency/training. Or Board Eligible (2-5 years post residency/training).
COMPENSATION:
• OPEN RATE - Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
• 1–2-week expedited credentialing. Provider must be ready with all documents requested and peers ready to respond for evaluations.
