Job description

Clinical Psychologist needed for full-time coverage with Indian Health Services
Dates of coverage: 6-month initial contract, with the ability to extend
Anticipated dates of coverage: mid-January – July 31, 2025 (with the ability to extend)
Credentialing timeframe: roughly 8-10 weeks
Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts (8a – 4:30p)
Treating ages 12+ (can accommodate providers that only treat adults)
Provider to assess, diagnose, provide psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy for child, juvenile and
adult individuals and groups, and their families; IQ testing, developmental testing, personality assessments. Large amount of substance abuse patients, working with designated drug/alcohol outpatient program.

Additional Locum Tenens Psychologist on staff
Tele-Psychiatrist that works out of I.H.S. facility in South Dakota (great provider, very responsive)
Two Licensed Professional Counselors that have been there over 10 years
Administrator who handles all scheduling/coordinating consults, knows the patients very well
Travel and lodging provided by Consilium
