Opportunity: Hiring for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). This position will support our kids who are in residential care Candidates must be current local/Ohio residents Provides a peaceful environment for girls aged 13 to 17 to undergo a 6-8 month trauma-focused residential treatment program Offers residential services for children who have experienced trauma, prioritizing respect, compassion, and dignity The PMHNP collaborates as a key member of the team, providing psychiatric services to children and adolescents in care This role works directly under the Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, ensuring high-quality psychiatric support Teamwork and client care are emphasized in all aspects of the role Electronic Medical Records are managed through CareLogic A 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with five working days required The work schedule involves travel between two different locations with mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate Minimal on-call responsibilities are included Qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program Compensation: Salary range: (to be discussed at interview) Paid Time Off Holiday Pay Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life and Disability Insurance 401(k) including company match Employee Assistance Program Tuition reimbursement Health shortage area-qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program
