Requirements:

1. Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).
2. Pass the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN).
3. Obtain state licensure.
4. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
5. Continuing education requirements.
