About the clinician's workday

The psychiatrist will treat adult and older adult patients in an outpatient setting, seeing 10-12 patients per day. New evaluations are 60 minutes, and follow-ups are 30 minutes. The community mental health center uses Smartcare for documentation. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The facility covers all transportation and housing costs and is willing to provide licensing for this position. Credentialing takes 2-4 weeks.
