DESCRIPTION:
• Adult Outpatient caseload.
• PT - 16 hours per week – ANY two days of the week (Mon-Fri). * Upon mutual agreement with facility.
• Multi–disciplinary teams provide treatment in individual and group formats.
• RPCs hospital-based services include focused treatment units for deaf adults, geriatrics, co-occurring substance disorders, and research.
• ALL RATES CONSIDERED (bid for interview closes by 12/13)

REQUIRED:
• NY state license; active, unrestricted
• Board Certified with 2-year minimum experience, post-residency/training.

COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
