• Base Contract: 12/01/2024 to 11/30/2025 with option periods available
• Option to extend Contract available

• Any state license accepted
• Monday through Friday 8a-4:30p
• Inpatient coverage with outpatient clinic duties
• Travel, lodging and malpractice paid
