Job description

- 3 days/week: 8 hour days
- 4 to 5 patients/day
- Adults only
- Will travel to patients homes around Warrenton, NC - will reimburse mileage
- Will have support staff: Psychiatrists, Nurses, Mental health therapists, Substance Abuse Professionals, House specialists
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Must have NC license
- Must have NC DEA

  • Ongoing for 6 months with option to extend
  • No call
  • Cases include severe mental health and substance abuse
