• OP Setting
• PT
• 20-30 hours per week
• All Ages 50/50 split between adults and children
• 18-20 Patients Per Day
• 15 min for medication management (30 mins for initial consultations)
• 1 hour for evaluations
• Mostly Medication management
• Stable patients
• Promise ID Required
• EMR: Evolve

  • We will cover malpractice insurance
