Job description

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
Job Setting: Outpatient Clinic.
Types of Cases: Provider will perform autism testing and evaluation testing for both adult and pediatric patients
Credentialing Time Frame: 60+ days.
Licensure: Must have an active California license.
Certifications: Must have an active Board Certification.
